SELECTION CRITERIA
SELECTION CRITERIA FOR U15 / U17 / U19
- participate in 4 tournaments (the Closed Tournament is compulsory)
- attend 3 squad training sessions
- complete the relevant marking and refereeing course
SELECTION CRITERIA FOR U13
- participate in 3 tournaments (the Closed Tournament is compulsory)
- attend 4 squad training sessions
- complete the relevant marking and refereeing course
There are no requirement for the U11’s to participate in the Angela Difford festival.
VENUES AND COSTS
The venues for IPT have not yet been decided and therefore costs are unknown. However, an estimated cost is around R12000 per player. Clothing is an additional cost.
A deposit of 50% is required by 28th February 2027 and the balance by 30th April 2027. Only fully paid up players will be eligible for IPT selection. If a player does not get selected for IPT the full payment will be refunded. However, if a player does not meet the requirements or withdraws from IPT, the payment will not be refunded.
TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT
The squad will be announced after the Closed Tournament and the final teams will be announced at the Capping ceremony on Saturday 12th June 2027.
